About finger lakes fungi

Our "Spore to Seal"  process ensures the highest quality mushrooms concentrates. Every step of the process is done at our local family mycology farm. Using the "Finger Lakes Fungi" unique  strain of Lion's Mane spores we inoculate the grain that is also locally sourced. After harvesting, only 100% fruiting body (only the shrooms) make the cut for our tinctures and powders.
